When a session expires, it is marked inactive. Inactive sessions can only be viewed or edited by the moderator, preventing unauthorized access while allowing you to keep a record if needed.

Session data remains accessible during the active period. After expiry, the session is closed and locked down to moderators only so they can review or adjust details while keeping participants out.
