Answers for confident planning
Get quick guidance on running Planning Poker, how pricing works, and how to reach us if you need a hand.
What is the official way to run a Planning Poker session?
Every team approaches estimation a little differently, and that flexibility is a strength. A reliable rhythm is to hold a round of voting, discuss the spread, and vote again. When the conversation lands on a shared understanding, capture that final vote so it is recorded. If agreement stays elusive, repeat the vote-and-discuss cycle until consensus emerges—or take a sensible average so the team can keep moving.
Can I use Pokify for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you spin up sessions, invite teammates, and estimate together without paying a penny. When you outgrow the free limits you can upgrade at any time, but you can stay on Free for as long as it fits your team.
